Sound returns, Inc. is a real estate investment company based in Orlando, Florida. 
Ann F. Arrington, is the President/owner of Sound Returns. While she had been interested in real estate since approximately 1988, fear, and not knowing how to go about it prevented her from doing anything!
She finally saw the light in 2004. She joined CFRI (Central Florida Realty Investors Association) in 2005, and started getting an education. She’s been a CFRI member ever since.
Sound Returns was incorporated in 2009.
Her first real estate experience was with a rehab. Purchased a house in Orlando end of 2004 for $183,700, spent $25,000 in repairs, held it for about 5 months and then sold it for $225,000.
She also bought two wholesale deals (deeply discounted houses), in Memphis, TN, rehabbed them and rented them out. While both of them are cash flowing very nicely, she has been looking to expand/diversify her business.
We, at Sound Returns, purchase single family homes as well as commercial properties and either hold them in our own portfolio or turn around and sell them for a profit within 6-60 months depending on the particular property.
While discounted deals are easy to find, they usually go quickly. And in this day and age, going the regular financing route is not an option!
